Welcome to the November edition of the Soccer Supremos newsletter. Hard to believe we’re almost at the end of 2025, isn’t it? Time really does fly when you’re arguing with your assistant manager or scouting the next wonderkid. 😉

🌍 League Updates & Community Growth

All three leagues are buzzing with activity. There are still a few unmanaged clubs up for grabs for those wanting a new challenge or to join the game for the first time. ⚽

Now for the big announcement…
I’m excited to confirm that we’re preparing to launch a 4th league in early 2026! 🎉 I honestly never thought we’d reach this point, but the community has grown enough to make it possible — and necessary.

The new league will most likely be another Realistic League, featuring real-world players and clubs. I’m also exploring fun twists like higher starting cash or other unique mechanics. Got ideas? 💡 Feel free to message me — I’d love your input.

⚙️ Recent Game Enhancements

1️⃣ Turn Results Split into Two Documents
Turn reports were getting lengthy — often over 40 pages — so they’ve now been split into two easier-to-digest PDFs:

• Manager’s Report – Private info about your squad, finances, tactics, etc.
• Matchday Magazine – League-wide results, tables, transfers, news, and more.

This has made processing faster and your reports cleaner and more focused. ✅

2️⃣ More Control Over Non-Playing Staff
Your backroom staff have levelled up! The old TRAIN order is now called CAMP, and offers two options:

• Training Camp – Improves their skills as usual.
• Assessment Camp – Reveals hidden potential (though not always on the first try!).

Plus, the Physio and Fitness Coach can now target specific attributes or stats when working with players — giving you more control over player development and recovery. 💪

🔮 What’s Coming in November

Work continues behind the scenes! This month’s focus is on expanding the orders available for Youth Scouts and Personal Spies. Soon, your staff will be able to uncover:
• Hidden Potential
• Learning Ability
• Personality Traits
• Even elements of a player’s Private Life 👀

These insights will be available not just for your squad, but also players at other clubs and on the wider circuit. It’s a big feature — and I’m hoping it will land before the December newsletter!

📰 The Supremos Scoop – Coming 2026

Once the 4th league launches, I’ll be starting a free, quarterly publication called the Supremos Scoop.
It will include:
• In-game stories and headlines
• Manager-written articles & interviews
• Stats from all leagues
• Gossip, drama, and glorious banter 🗞️

This will be a community-driven project — so if you enjoy writing, storytelling or stirring the pot, I’ll be inviting submissions!

💡 Hints, Tips & Beginner Guides

I’ve noticed some managers — new and veteran — are still confused about certain mechanics. So, I’ll be rolling out short Hint Sheets soon. These will act as simple guides to help you understand tricky areas of the game without spoiling the discovery or strategy. You’re never too experienced to learn something new. 😉
